1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and bq33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at bq33.app and all associated services, products, and features available through that domain.

By creating a bq33 account, accessing the platform, placing any wager, or using any service offered through bq33.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bq33 platform and close your account if one has been created.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

bq33 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the bq33 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current governing provisions.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to bq33 is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bq33 employs age verification procedures as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, with all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active bq33 account at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bq33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or recent transactions, and withhold any balance held across those accounts pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and at all subsequent points where information is requested. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. bq33 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to provide accurate information or to keep your details current. 2.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, bq33 will require identity verification. Accepted documents for verification by players in Bangladesh include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, accompanied by proof of residential address where applicable. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in the suspension of that request until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bq33 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bq33 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bq33 support immediately.

3. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

3.1 General Obligations

As a registered player on bq33, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the platform in any manner that could damage, disrupt, impair, or overburden the platform's infrastructure, or interfere with the experience of other players.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bq33 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to exploit odds or guarantee outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's games or payment systems. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Attempting to launder money or use bq33 as a vehicle for any financial crime. All transactions on bq33 are monitored for suspicious activity.
• Creating accounts under false identities, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, or systematically exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bq33 staff or other players through any communication channel.

3.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where bq33 determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity, bq33 may take one or more of the following actions: immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account; void all or any part of the player's betting activity; withhold or confiscate funds held in the player's account; report the matter to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities. bq33's determination in such matters shall be final and binding.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bq33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bq33 does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Third-party payment providers may apply their own service charges, which are outside bq33's control.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on bq33 is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be applied to large deposits in accordance with bq33's anti-money laundering procedures. Deposits are typically credited to your bq33 wallet within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is approved; (b) you may only withdraw funds to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit to your account, or to a verified method associated with your confirmed identity; (c) any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted; (d) bq33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2 to 24 hours of approval by the bq33 payments team, subject to KYC clearance. VIP account holders benefit from expedited withdrawal processing, with requests typically completed within 30 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, national public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

4.5 Dormant Account Funds

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. bq33 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. Funds remaining in a dormant account after the application of fees may ultimately be forfeited if the account remains inactive for an extended period as defined by bq33's internal policies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bq33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to any bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

5.4 Seasonal & Event Promotions

bq33 periodically runs time-limited promotions tied to sporting events (including BPL, IPL, and ICC tournaments), national occasions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day), and platform milestones. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available only during the stated promotional period. bq33 is not obligated to run any specific promotion and reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time.

5.5 bq33 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

bq33 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-cycle, bq33 will use reasonable efforts to notify affected players and to honour any bonus value already credited, subject to applicable wagering requirements. bq33 shall not be liable for any loss arising from the modification or cancellation of a promotion.

6. Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the bq33 platform — including live casino titles supplied by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules. These rules are accessible within each game interface. bq33 does not alter or override the rules established by game providers except where necessary to enforce platform-wide policies.

6.2 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bq33 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant market or game. bq33 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed on an event or outcome where: (a) the odds were published in error; (b) the event has already commenced at the time of bet placement (except where in-play betting is explicitly offered); (c) the bet was placed using information not publicly available at the time of placement; or (d) the bet is determined to form part of suspicious or irregular betting activity.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or connectivity issue during a gaming session, bq33's system records will be used as the definitive record of game outcomes and bet settlements. Where a malfunction is determined to have materially affected the outcome of a game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the player. bq33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures that are beyond its reasonable control, including failures on the part of third-party game providers or network infrastructure.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bq33 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bq33 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds and close the account. Bonus funds and winnings subject to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their access to bq33 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options include temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) and permanent self-exclusion. 7.3 bq33-Initiated Suspension or Closure

bq33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) bq33 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) the account is found to belong to a person under 18 years of age; (c) bq33 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or court order; (d) the account has remained dormant for an extended period; or (e) bq33 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

7.4 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed by bq33 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their last-used verified payment method. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, including confirmed bonus abuse, fraud, or prohibited conduct, bq33 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the remaining balance pending investigation and resolution.

8. Liability & Dispute Resolution

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bq33 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other loss not directly caused by bq33's proven negligence. bq33's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

8.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bq33 and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your breach of these Terms; your use of the platform in violation of applicable law; or any third-party claim arising from your conduct on the platform.

8.3 Dispute Resolution Procedure

In the event of any dispute relating to a bet, game outcome, bonus, payment, or account matter, you must first contact bq33 customer support at [email protected] and provide full details of the dispute including your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and a clear description of your concern. bq33 will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of receipt of complete information. During the dispute period, any funds that are the subject of the dispute may be temporarily withheld.

8.4 Force Majeure

bq33 shall not be in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations, where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, network failures, cyberattacks, power outages, or the failure of third-party service providers including game suppliers and payment processors.
